Ep. 22 - Show Recaps & #StoryTime Show Notes

Updated: Aug 6, 2019

Whoops - I've really let the show notes slip for the Cutting Edge Podcast. Please forgive me! Episode 22 of the Cutting Edge Podcast is here and is really a mixed bag, so I figured that show notes may be necessary! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Today on the podcast we have LOTS of recaps - starting with the 2019 Metallic Cat Summer Spectacular - focusing on the derby classes, and the big Metallic Cat Incentive. For full results from the Summer Spectacular, click HERE.

Plus, we touch on both the NYCHA Holy Cow Performance Horses, LLC. Youth World Finals, and the NCHA Youth Scholarship Cutting. To keep the youth theme going, we highlight the legacy of Hans Hansma and shout-out the first ever Hans Hansma Scholarship Cutting that recently went down in Claresholm, Alberta. For more information on the Hans Hansma Youth Scholarship you can visit Contact information and application forms can also be found at that link. To wrap it up, the first futurity of the season in Canada, the Moose Jaw LAE, just went down, so obviously we recap that too!

Then I share my first #StoryTime - I reflect on the Canadian title I won last year, recounting the blog I wrote last year after the Canadian season ended. I share some big takeaways from my year hauling, the many people that helped me achieve a Canadian title and get a little emotional when I share some of it too - hopefully I edited out most of the sniffles. ๐Ÿ˜‚
